How to submit android app

My project is basically an app that runs on android. In rules it is specified that we are supposed to give public url. Judges wont download anything. I didn’t read that rule before making this project. Can i still submit ?

If you are building a mobile app, it's okay if there's no public URL, but please make a thorough demo.

This isn’t the place to share your video. You should include it in the submission form.
